As Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at DocuSign, Inc., he leads the legal support teams responsible for all of DocuSign's international operations, and for their global products and IP. Mr. Lao has led an interesting and distinguished career in the software industry. Before 2011 he worked as the Vice President and Regional General Counsel at Yahoo! Asia-Pacific, where he managed over 40 attorneys. Most recently, he was the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Zynga and Auction.com. Chick-fil-A will be served.
