Please join the Federalist Society in welcoming Prof. Jeremy Rabkin, Professor of Law at George Mason University. Prof. Rabkin will speak on how the ICC, the most potent symbol of global authority, seems to be a very intimidating source for US military partners but is unlikely to have any success any international bad actors. He will be joined by Duke Law Professor Madeleine Morris. Lunch (Chick-Fil-A) will be provided. Co-sponsored by the Federalist Society and the International Law Society.
