The Federalist Society is excited to present a debate on the Supreme Court's recent decision in the Alaskan Mail Fraud cases. Professor John Baker of Louisiana State University Law School and Professor Samuel Buell, Duke Law professor and former Assistant United States Attorney, will debate the limits of federal authority in the realm of white collar crime and public corruption in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision. Professor Sara Beale will be moderating the debate.
