Robert Bauer, partner at Perkins Coie, and former White House counsel to President Barack Obama from December of 2009 until June of 2011, delivers The Right to "Do Politics" and Not Just Speak: Thinking about the Constitutional Protections for Political Action, presented by the Duke Law Program in Public Law and ACS. Bauer also served as General Counsel to President Obama's re-election committee and to Obama for America, as well as General Counsel to the Democratic National Committee.
