Dunne, former Assistant Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division and current Senior Counsel at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP. At the Civil Rights Division, Mr. Dunne oversaw the U.S. government's formal apology and redress to Japanese Americans forced to relocate into internment camps during World War II. Mr. Dunne will reflect on the implementation of the Civil Liberties Act of 1988, as well as his distinguished career in public service.
