CAPS End of The Semester Stress Programs

As the semester draws to a close, CAPS is offering a series of short programs designed to help you DEACTIVATE your stress while also giving you a short break! They include:

-Self-Hypnosis and Guided Imagination
-Reike Renewal, a Japanese technique for stress release and relaxation
-Koru Meditation Breaks
-Yoga For Mental Health
