Faculty Scholarship Repository

The Duke Law Faculty Scholarship Repository is a full-text electronic archive of scholarly works written by the Duke Law faculty, as well as other scholarship produced at the law school.

The Repository includes retrospective collections of journal articles and papers by current faculty members. New papers are added on a continuous basis. The Repository is compliant with Open Access Initiative protocols and can be searched using a variety of web-based tools, as well as using the options below.
