This is an advanced research course designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to navigate diverse legal sources and techniques, and critically engage with specialized topics such as lawmaking, securities regulation, environmental governance, and regulation of AI and emerging technologies. This course takes a unique comparative and cross-jurisdictional approach, focusing on three major legal systems: the United States, China, and the European Union. All course materials will be in English.
