Dates for Wintersession 2026 Registration:
Saturday, October 11 at 8:00 AM to Friday, December 5th at 11:59 PM, drop/add. Students dropping after December 5 will require permission from Dean Lacoff.
Dates for Spring 2026 Registration:
Bookbags open at 12:00 AM on Friday, October 31, 2025.
Registration windows for each group open at 8:00 AM and close at 7:59 AM the following business day, per the schedule noted below. When their window closes, students may not drop or add classes until their next window becomes available.
Tuesday, November 4: 3Ls and SJDs register for up to 9 credits;
Wednesday, November 5: International LLMs register for up to 9 credits;
Thursday, November 6: 2Ls register for up to 9 credits;
Friday, November 7: 3Ls register for up to 16 credits;
Monday, November 10: International LLMs register for up to 16 credits;
Tuesday, November 11: 2Ls register for up to 16 credits. Wednesday, November 12 at 8:00 AM, drop/add begins. Drop/add ends at 11:59PM on Friday, January 16, 2026.
