Great to see our Board of Visitors and Law Alumni Association Board of Directors on campus today. We are so grateful for the wisdom of these leaders.

Our Center on Law, Race & Policy led a symposium today focused on the impact of AI on marginalized communities. The topics ranged from employment and opportunities to immigration and criminal justice. Professor Trina Jones and Professor Brandon Garrett were among the scholars leading the discussions.

It was a packed house yesterday for a session with Professor Curtis Bradley discussing his new book “Historical Gloss and Foreign Affairs: Constitutional Authority in Practice.” The book outlines how foreign affairs powers of Congress and the President have often stemmed from historical practice rather than the text of the Constitution or judicial decisions. Bradley spoke as a guest in the Brainerd Currie Memorial Lecture series.
