This roundtable is by invitation only.
The purpose of the Legitimacy and International Courts Roundtable is to facilitate a conversation among scholars who work across a broad range of substantive domains, including international criminal law, human rights law, investment and trade. Discussion will focus on issues related to, among others, the sources of international judicial legitimacy and illegitimacy and the strategies that judges and other actors used to build or sustain a court's legitimacy.
