Geoff Krouse, A.B. ’93, J.D. ’97 serves as Associate Dean for Duke Law School’s Alumni & Development Office, managing the Law School’s alumni relations and fundraising programs. These programs include major and principal gift fundraising; annual giving; alumni relations; stewardship; and advancement services. Prior to his current role, Geoff served as Assistant Dean for the Law School’s Alumni & Development Office. He is also a Senior Lecturing Fellow at the Law School, having taught Mergers & Acquisitions for 6 years. Prior to joining the Law School in August 2016, Geoff practiced law for almost 20 years in the areas of corporate finance, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions, and remains Of Counsel at Smith Anderson in Raleigh, where he was a Partner. Geoff also volunteers time to the larger Triangle community, where he serves or has served on many non-profit boards including: The Ronald McDonald House of Durham and Wake; the Montessori School of Raleigh; Freedom United; The Ravenscroft School; and the Association for Corporate Growth.
