Brian Holladay teaches A Practitioner’s Guide to Employment Law. He is a partner at the law firm Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon in Atlanta, Georgia. Brian provides labor and employment advice to some of the nation’s largest businesses. In particular, he is an expert on helping national employers comply with state and local employment laws, including paid sick leave, pay transparency, and fair workweek requirements. Brian also litigates claims on behalf of employers and executives in courts and government agencies across the country. Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerrilyn G. Brill of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Brian graduated from Duke Law School magna cum laude and was a member of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. He received an undergraduate degree from Furman University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Brian was captain of Furman’s Track and Field team
