Mr. Nicolaides is the managing partner at Nicolaides LLP. Richard’s practice is focused on representing the interests of insurance companies based in Bermuda, London, Tokyo, and the United States. He evaluates insurance coverage issues and litigates insurance disputes arising under a variety of insurance products and involving a wide range of exposures in state and federal courts across the country. In addition, Richard advises his clients on policy drafting, as well as claims handling practices. He frequently lectures to insurance industry professionals around the world on emerging insurance-related topics. Mr. Nicolaides received a B.A. from Duke University in 1986 and a J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1991.
