Susan supports recruitment programming, including On Campus Interviews (OCI), Spring Interview Program (SIP), and job fairs. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before joining the Law School, Susan taught English in a public high school, then later worked as a program coordinator at the Duke Talent Identification Program. At TIP, she managed weekend and summer programs, including hiring staff and supervising program sites.
