Halley B. House
Assistant Dean for Alumni & Development

Halley B. House was named Assistant Dean for Alumni & Development in February 2025. She serves as a member of the departmental leadership team, advising the Dean and Associate Dean on strategic and administrative matters around major and principal gift prospects and donors, clinic and center fundraising, philanthropic volunteers, and special fundraising initiatives. Halley first joined Duke Law in February 2013 and has held several roles in major and annual giving. Prior to joining Duke Law, she worked at Duke Health Development & Alumni Affairs and the Thomas Jefferson Foundation. She holds a B.A. with distinction from the University of Virginia and is involved locally as a board member and volunteer with several nonprofits.
