As a career counselor, Ashley develops strategic programming and provides guidance for students as they navigate their job search and professional development. Prior to joining Duke Law, she worked as an admissions representative, primarily focusing on recruitment and communication strategy for professional degree programs. She was driven to transition to career services to better support individual growth, and is passionate about empowering students to achieve their fullest. Ashley graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and earned her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
