Jack Goldsmith is the Henry L. Shattuck Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. During 2003 – 2004, Professor Goldsmith served under Attorney General John Ashcroft as an Assistant United States Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel in the Department of Justice.
Nov 7 - Jean-Marie Henckaerts of ICRC to speak on international humanitarian law
Mr. Henckaerts has been a Legal Adviser at the ICRC since 1996. Currently he is the head of the project on customary international humanitarian law.
