Duke Law School is a pioneer of open access legal scholarship, providing the full text of its student-edited law reviews online since 1998. Complete historical archives of current and former journals are freely available through the Duke Law Scholarship Repository.
Print-on-demand service for any Duke Law student-edited journal title is available directly through our printer, Joe Christensen, Inc. For pricing and ordering information, please contact Joe Christensen, Inc. at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Back issues are available for purchase from William S. Hein & Co., Inc. at 800-828-7571, or online.
Subscribers for the 2019-2020 volumes of Duke Law Journal (vol. 69) and Law and Contemporary Problems (vol. 83) will receive their held shipments as pandemic reopening conditions permit, and may claim any issues not received for six months past their mailing date. Like many institutions, Duke Law has been a primarily remote-work environment since March 2020, in compliance with official public health guidance from local governments and the University. As a result, many print shipments for 2019-2020 issues published after March 15 are currently being held at the printer in order to prevent refused deliveries to closed subscriber mailrooms, and our staff are unable to process claims for non-receipt of issues at this time.
