Anti-discrimination Form

Duke University School of Law is committed to a policy against discrimination in employment based on race, color, veteran status, religion, national or ethnic origin, political affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, age or handicap. Accordingly, the school's facilities are available only to employers whose practices are consistent with this policy.

In view of the importance we attach to compliance with the University's anti-discrimination policy and the heightened sensitivity nationwide to discrimination, the Law School specifically asks you to review this statement of policy and requests that you sign below to indicate that your organization's employment practices do not violate our anti-discrimination policy. Under the Law School's recently adopted procedures, no organization will be permitted to conduct on-campus interviews without returning this form indicating that its practices comply with the University's anti-discrimination policy.
