Jane Wettach is a Clinical Professor of Law at Duke Law School, where she has taught since 1994. In addition to directing the Children's Law Clinic, Prof. Wettach teaches Education Law. Previously, she taught in the AIDS Legal Assistance Project and in the Legal Analysis, Research and Writing program. Prior to joining the faculty at Duke, Wettach was a Legal Aid lawyer in Raleigh and Winston-Salem, specializing in the law of government benefits. Wettach earned her undergraduate and law degrees at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Brenda Berlin is a Clinical Professor of Law at Duke Law School. She joined the faculty in 1999 and served as the Director of Pro Bono Programs. Prior to her work at Duke, she was a staff attorney at The Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia and a trial attorney with the Employment Litigation Section of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Berlin earned her undergraduate degree at Duke University and her law degree from Stanford Law School in California.
Sandra Pettiford is a native of Roxboro, North Carolina. She joined the staff in 2004. Prior to her work at Duke, she was Clinic Administrator for North Carolina Central University School of Law.
