Education
PONDR's team of experienced faculty teach highly interactive seminars focused on building practical skills through experiential learning. In our courses, students learn how to solve problems, make deals, manage conflict, and build consensus through the full spectrum of dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Professional Training
Opportunities for education in dispute resolution skills and techniques should not end with graduation from law school. PONDR provides continuing legal education for members of the bench and bar through the 40-Hour NC Mediation Training Program approved by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission. » more info
