The Emerging Issues in Community Development Law Conference will bring community development practitioners, investors, lenders, and state and local government officials together with attorneys, accountants and other professionals to discuss emerging issues in housing and economic development law. In particular, we will focus on a variety of topics that can serve to either eliminate barriers to your success or provide new resources to support your work. The conference has been designed to address community development law issues of broad applicability to governmental entities, as well as for-profit and non-profit developers working throughout the region.
