Please join us for an afternoon tea with Prof Arti Rai. Prof Arti Rai is an internationally recognized expert in intellectual property law, especially in patent law and health law. Prof. Rai has held several positions in the federal government including the head of the Office of Policy and International Affairs in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Prof. Rai will give an overview of the USPTO as well as patent law. She will also talk about course selections as well as provide general academic and career advice if you are interested in patent law.
