American Constitution Society Docket Discussion: The End of Affirmative Action?

On October 31, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina, and consider whether to overrule Grutter and gut affirmative action. Professor April G. Dawson (NCCU School of Law) will discuss these cases and what they mean for the future of affirmative action in higher education. Lunch will be provided.
