Join Duke Law Professors Deborah A. DeMott and Christopher Buccafusco for a discussion following the Supreme Court's October 12th oral arguments in Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. v. Goldsmith. This case, involving Andy Warhol's "Prince Series," asks if courts can consider a work of art's meaning when determining whether it is a transformative fair use. Lunch will be provided.
