Join the Office of Student Affairs for an upbeat class where you'll learn proper form and fun combos for a great workout! Using bags and mitt work drills, this is a skill building and fitness class all in one. All levels welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Sign up at This class is limited to ten participants.
