Please join Jonathan Kellner '03, partner in the Corporate Group and Head of the São Paulo office of Shearman Sterling, for a wide-ranging discussion of his work and career as a corporate attorney in Brazil. With over 10 years of experience in Brazil, including stints at Linklaters and Skadden, Mr. Kellner has a deep well of knowledge about legal work and career prospects for U.S.-trained attorneys in the region. His practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, bank finance and investment funds for United States and Brazilian corporations and financial institutions.
