Careers in White Collar Practice and Corporate Compliance

Corporate compliance and white collar practice is a rapidly changing, challenging and in-demand area of practice. In this panel, you will hear from top practitioners, including Duke Law alums, doing work ranging from chairing compliance inside a company, to monitoring other companies, to prosecution and defense. Their work ranges from foreign bribery enforcement, civil rights monitoring, accounting and auditing, financial controls, and defense contracting.
