In addition, tax-deductible donations can be made to the North Carolina Community Foundation or to the Duke University School of Law. NCCF and Duke Law have each established a Walter E. Dellinger III Legacy Fund that will support academic and non-profit initiatives reflecting Walter's life and ideals.
