Please join us for a lunch talk about the EPA's proposed rule under the Clean Air Act 111(d). This rule will regulate the greenhouse gas emissions of existing power plants. The anticipation of the new compliance standards has created a whirlwind of legal inquiries of interest to regulators and companies alike. Insights of Professor Monast, Professor Pizer, and Professor Wiener will cover both economic and international perspectives on the issue. Enzo's pizza will also be provided.
