Wondering how the concepts from your 1L Contracts class can be applied in a corporate setting? The Business Law Society invites you to see for yourself in an interactive panel with Professors Erika Buell and Frances Mock. Attendees will be given a term sheet from a real purchase agreement and will watch as Professor Buell applies "syllabus concepts" like parol evidence, modifications with consideration, and conditions.
