Please join us for a conversation with Judge Mark Davis LLM'18. Judge Davis currently serves on the NC Business Court which handles cases involving complex and significant issues of corporate and commercial law. The judge will give an overview of the NC Business Court and its importance in the state. He will also talk about the benefits of clerking for the court. Prior to his appointment, Judge Davis served on the NC Supreme Court and NC Court of Appeals, as Special Deputy Attorney General in the North Carolina Department of Justice, as General Counsel in the Office of the Governor, and was in private practice.
