Dean's Cup Final Round

The finalists will moot B.P.J. v. W. Va. State Bd. of Educ., 98 F.4th 542 (4th Cir. 2024) in the 2024-2025 Dean's Cup Final Round. The finalists will argue in front of the panel: the Honorable Roopali Desai, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the Honorable Todd Hughes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Honorable Jennifer Henderson, Alaska Supreme Court.
