Join the Federalist Society and Robert Turner for a conversation about the president's powers over foreign affairs as granted by the Constitution. Professor Turner is the Co-Founder and Associate Director of the Center for National Security Law at the University of Virginia School of Law. Professor Turner's prior experience includes stints at the U.S. Naval War College, Stanford's Hoover Institute on War, Revolution and Peace, and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, as well as with the Pentagon, White House, and State Department.
