Duke Law Journal's 55th Annual Administrative Law Symposium

March 21, 2025 • 8:00 AM • Law School 3041

The Duke Law Journal invites you to its 55th Annual Administrative Law Symposium. We expect this Symposium to be monumental, as we analyze the future of administrative law in the context of Relentless Inc. v. U.S. Department of Commerce and Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo. DLJ's Administrative Law Symposium has a long history of hosting the top administrative law scholars. Chief Justice John Roberts, Associate Justice Antonin Scalia, and Judge Patricia Wald participated in Duke Law Journal's 1993, 1989, and 1997 Administrative Law Symposia, respectively. In more recent years, several prominent professors and professionals have participated in these symposia, including Stuart Benjamin (Duke), Cass Sunstein (Harvard), Chai Feldblum (former EEOC Commissioner), Steven Croley (Michigan), Julius Genachowski (former FCC Chairman), Paul Light (NYU), Nina Mendelson (Michigan), Anne Joseph O'Connell (Stanford), W. Kip Viscusi (Vanderbilt), Dick Pierce (George Washington University), Thomas Merrill (American University), Kristin Hickman (University of Minnesota), and Mason Marks (University of New Hampshire Law). We will announce this year's participants in late fall 2024. Sponsored by Duke Law Journal. For more information, please contact Melana Dayanim at m.dayanim@duke.edu.
