Duke Law's Annual Intramural Transactional Law Competition provides 1Ls and LLMs the opportunity to negotiate a mock transaction in front of practicing corporate attorneys. Students will gain experience in term sheet markup and face-to-face negotiation. The competition concludes with a networking reception, where winners will be announced and invited to join the Duke Transactional Law Board. Sponsored by the Transactional Law Society.
