Join the Duke Children's Law Clinic, the North Carolina Club, Duke Law's Guardian ad Litem program, and a panel of local and national education law practitioners and scholars in discussing the recent NC Supreme Court hearing, the potential impacts of the upcoming decision, and how NC's fight for educational equity fits in the national school funding landscape. Panelists include: Aaron Tang, Professor of Law, UC Davis School of Law; Chavis Jones ('20), Associate Counsel, Educational Opportunities Project, Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights; and South Moore ('19), Assistant Attorney General, NC Department of Justice.
