This conference will focus on problems concerning court fees, fines, and bail, and potential judicial responses. Along with the Bolch Judicial Institute, professors Brandon Garrett, Sara Greene, and Marin Levy are organizing the program, which will bring judges and scholars together to examine what reforms are working and what more should be done.
