Please join the Transactional Law Competition Board for an information session on our Fifth Annual Transactional Law Competition! Participants, paired in teams of two, will gain valuable real-life deal skills and exposure to transactional work will by completing in a mini-transaction, marking up deal documents, and negotiating terms against an opposing team. The competition is judged by esteemed practitioners from all over the country, creating a great networking opportunity for participants, particularly 1Ls.
