Join current 1GP 2 + 3Ls to learn about how they went about their firm search, networking, and selection process. You'll hear from students going to a variety of markets (such as California, NYC, and DC) who received their job offers through a variety of processes (during formal OCI, pre-OCI early offer, 1L summer returning offer, etc.). Panelists will answer any and all questions and will talk about why their firm/a firm at all. We hope this will help illuminate all of the different possibilities as you navigate this process or navigate your decision whether to do this process or not.
