Koru Mindfulness Class

Join Koru Meditation to learn different skills to help you relax, focus on the present, and more. This is class is open to all Duke students, faculty or staff and has a focus on International students, scholars, partners and spouses. Developed right here at Duke, Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based program specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as way to manage stress and reduce anxiety.
