Meta, the parent company of Facebook, recently acquired VR startup Within despite a Federal Trade Commission suit on the grounds that it would limit competition in an emerging market. Abby Dennis L'08 is a senior trial counsel at the FTC and will discuss the case and the theory underlying the FTC's argument.
