The Natural Law Jurisprudence Seminar, hosted by James Wilson Institute in collaboration with Duke and UNC, explores key topics in legal philosophy, including the logic of morals and law, constitutional conservatism, historicism and the Establishment Clause, the moral foundations of the free economy, and post-Dobbs legal landscapes. The event provides an engaging platform for discussion and learning, featuring seminars, networking opportunities, readings from foundational texts, and shared meals.
