With the help of practicing attorneys from Wilson, Sonsini and Finnegan, we will cover the differences between patent boutiques and general practice firms, prosecution vs. litigation, and additional opportunities, including in-house and government positions. Upper-level students will also discuss their individual job searches, including participation in the Loyola Patent Interview Program, as well as their interviewing experiences.
