Are you interested in mediating cases in North Carolina Superior Court? Would you like to learn mediation skills and techniques while earning 24 CLE credit? The Program on Negotiation & Dispute Resolution at Duke Law School invites you to join us for our next in-person 40-hour North Carolina Mediation Training Program approved by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission. To minimize the time you will away from your work and life, the training will be held Wednesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day at Duke Law School. Parking, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided. Members of the North Carolina Bar will earn 24 hours of CLE credit, including 4 hours of professional responsibility, 1 hour of professional well-being, and 1 hour of technology credit (pending approval).
