A North Carolina Court of Appeals panel of three judges will hear oral arguments at Duke Law School. Two cases will be heard by the Court. The first argument will be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The second argument will be from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The judges will open the floor to students after oral arguments for a Q&A session. This is an excellent opportunity to observe practicing appellate attorneys argue a real case before a panel of appellate judges. Sponsored by the Clerkship Office.
