A North Carolina Court of Appeals panel of three judges will hear oral arguments at Duke Law School on Tuesday, October 29. Two cases will be heard by the Court. The first argument will be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The second argument will be from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The judges will open the floor to students after oral arguments for a Q&A session.
