The Duke Business Law Society is honored to host a panel with distinguished experts on the future of corporate litigation and shareholders franchise. Moderated by Professor James D. Cox, a panel comprised of leading practitioners and former Delaware jurists will examine the evolution, prevalence and development of forum selection and arbitration bylaws following the Court of Chancery's recent Boilermakers decision, with special attention paid to the implications of each other and their likely impact on the course of corporate litigation and the current attractiveness of Delaware incorporation.
