Join the Duke Law Mock Trial Board for a presentation with Professor Don Beskind on how to use the Rules of Evidence. For those competing in the 2024 Twiggs Beskind Tournament, this event is a critical step towards learning how litigating inside a courtroom works. Professor Beskind will provide an overview of the most relevant rules of evidence for mock trial tournaments and how to raise objections during a mock trial. Lunch will be provided.
